6. You acknowledge and agree that Elite Tuning Ltd is not liable for any damages arising from your negligence or misuse of the Software, including but not limited to damages to your vehicle, personal injury, or legal consequences.

7. You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Elite Tuning Ltd, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from your use of the Software, including any damages to your vehicle, personal injury, or legal consequences resulting from the use of the emissions delete option.

8. Elite Tuning Ltd reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Software at any time without notice.
